Registration is open.

Attendee Registration – $65 and Late Registration – $85  (May 20 – June 6, 2019) includes:

  • Meals and Vendor Reception
  • Conference Materials
  • Submit your session at Call for Sessions. Lead presenters will enjoy a $10 discount on their registration cost! Discounts are not applicable to co-presenters/panelists and Birds of a Feather discussions.

Vendor Registration, $400 and includes:

  • Conference registration for one.
  • Meals and Vendor Reception
  • Table and chair.
  • Link to company website from RMUG Conference website.
  • Company logo and information included in conference materials.

Vendor Plus Registration, $500 and includes:

  • Conference registration for two.
  • Meals and Vendor Reception
  • Conference Materials
  • Table and chairs.
  • Link to company website from RMUG Conference website.
  • Company logo and information included in conference materials.
  • One Hour presentation to attendees.  Submit your session at Call for Sessions.

Non-Attending Vendor Meal/Snack sponsorship, $200 and includes:

  • Link to company website from RMUG Conference website.
  • Company logo and information included in conference materials.

Conference Cancellation Policy 

  • Refunds are given to attendees and non-vendor presenters minus a $10 cancellation fee.
  • There are no refunds for Vendor registrations.
  • No refunds will be given after May 28.
